Hello,

I have a Toshiba Portege M800 notebook with Windows Vista, and before loading Windows this error message pops up:

When I click OK, I get this message:

When I click OK on that, the screen goes blank then it just goes back to the first message.

So I rebooted the notebook and pressed F8 to go to Advanced Boot Options. The computer won't boot up in safe mode (I get the same messages). Directory Services Restore Mode doesn't find any problems. Hitting Last Known Good Configuration (advanced) gives me the same errors as well. I went to Repair Your Computer and tried Startup Repair which found some problems but could not fix them. System Restore did nothing. Windows Memory Diagnostic Tool found no problems. I opened up command prompt and ran System File Checker which told me that there are corrupt system files but it could not fix them. It created a log file which you can download here.

I can run TOSHIAB Recovery Wizard but it says all data will be deleted and rewritten - I don't want to lose any of the info on the HDD. What can I do? I can take the HDD out and connect it to a PC and whatnot but where would I go from there? Any help is appreciated.
