OK, i knoq every one asks this but how do i restore my windows professional to factory settings with out the restore disk, i downloaded what windows web site called the restore disk but i dont have a floppy disk so i put it on a cd. but i dont think i downloaded the right one. can some one please help me...

Hi and welcome to Geeks to go.

Depending on computermake and age, there is usually as restore partition.
Without knowing what you have it will be difficult to assist.

Please supply some info on the computer, esp make and model.
