All looks good.
Is it some particular game, you're playing, when the issue happens, or any game?

Any game, I played about 2 hours StarCraft today. No bluescreen yet. Yesterday I had every 10 minutes a bluescreen. I have no idea whats going on with my computer.

One time, it looked like that: (sometimes its just pink or grey)

It looks like typical video card malfunctioning/overheating.

When was the last time, you cleaned inside the case, checked, if all fans are running?

Remove your video card, enable on-board video in BIOS and see what happens.

That may be a problem.
Are you getting BSOD, when playing some particular game, or any game?

I get BSOD's at any game I play. About the temperatures. I played an hour Starcraft II today without problems. I downloaded rivatuner and set the fan speed of my graphiccard to 100%. These are the temperatures: (left screen next to xfire)

Could it be that the temp. sensors on my gpu doenst work?

I'm not a gamer, but are those games resource demanding?
Maybe your on-board video is not powerful enough to play those games.
I'd assume, that any gamer has rather separate video card, than on-board video chip.

Oh, previously, you said:

My P5Q-Pro have no onboard video

So, if you have real video card, remove it and turn on-board video (video chip on your motherboard) on and see, how it goes.
When you remove video card, on-board video should kick in by itself, but if it doesn't, check BIOS settings.
