what is the best gaming laptop out there now? by best, i mean in speed, graphics,audio,multitasking with other programs etc...

This is a matter of opinion, choice, and how deep your pockets are! You'll probably not get many replies here with any kind of decent recommendation.

Best to search Google and read a ton of reviews to make up your mind.
