I have a AMD Athlon chip I am trying to figure out which one it is.

It says:

AMD Athlon TM
AXDA2200DUV3C Z379075L31462
AIXIB0349XPMW ®© 1999 AMD

And it says 27648 where the triangle is on the corner of the chip, along with Assembled in Malaysia

Does anyone have specifications on this chip?

Hi gbowne1,

AXDA2200DUV3C = Athlon XP 2200+ Link here... http://www.cpu-world...A2200DUV3C.html
AIXIB0349XPMW = The stepping code for the processor in which I didn't have much luck researching right off hand.

Don't know much about the rest of the numbers, but for the most part you don't need them.

Hope this helps!

Ok, so what is a stepping code? I dont know the date code of this chip.

The 27648 is a package code

It was on a MSI KT3Ultra 2(CE) MS-6380E V1.0 board. From what I could find it's a 166 MHz board and the chip runs at 266 @ 13.5 at a 1.6Vcore

so.. I would like to find a board that supports a miniumum of two Athlon XP 2200+ @ 266.

Two processor boards are usually server boards. I doubt you'll find one even exists for that processor.

CPU-Z is a great CPU identification utility.

Yeah, those two boards look like the ones I am looking at getting.

I will need to get another matched chip for this board though.

I also have two PIII chips that need a "server" board.

1) pentium III COSTA RICA
800E8/256/133/1.65V
3032A45-0417 SL3Y2
2) pentium III MALAY
700/256/100/1.65V
Q029A639-1795 SL45Y

Both coppermine (??) chips from '00.
