i deleted some downloads and when i restarted my computer nothing works i cant open any files music or anything for that matter i cant do anything related to the net because i have no connection what can i do

more info will help...computer make and model and OS for starters....
what file or folders did you delete and where did you get them from...
did you try booting into safe mode
