Computer wont start

Hey guys am new to the idea of overclocking..was trying a hand at it n it was going fine for the 1st 20 mins..n then my computer just shut off. i thought i OC'ed my RAM a lil too much n i removed it and attached it again (thought this will help)..but to no fruitful result..the processor fan barely starts for a second n shuts off..plz do suggest what should i do..i bought this computer 2 weeks back.. :)

Try clearing the CMOS by pressing the reset button on the back of the case, see section 2.81 of the motherboard user manual for full details, below is a link to the said manual;
