Everything loads up fine until I get to the 'Welcome' screen. It shows the Admin and my user name but when I click on it, it will start to load the screen for less than a second then go back to the welcome screen and it says, "Saving your settings..." then stays stuck at the "Welcome" screen. I can't get past the 'Welcome' screen no matter what I do. I'm Running XP Pro on an HP Pavilion 750c.
Suggestions?

Boot your computer in Safe mode and run a full system virus scan with your anti-virus software, this may fix the problem. The system will boot in safe mode only if there's not major damage to any boot files. If the system is not booting in safe mode, then you will need to do a repair install.
