admin account not accessable

our pc has 5 password locked accounts, one of which is the admin, when i try to log in as admin, i get the message:"The User Profile Service failed the logon, the user profile canot be loaded ". I have tried getting help from various tech boards but am not having any luck. tried safe mode but couldn't access cmd,have done Hijack This, AVG, CCleaner, Superantispyware and Malwarebytes,(which did remove a trojan vunto and other unsavoury bugs)but still have slow boot up and shut down and can't delete progs etc as admin, also tried a useless system restore.

i apologise in advance for being very "untech", any help or advice would be gratefully accepted,having gone through the shouting,swearing, banging about and no pc for days stages , i am getting very close to the "throwing through the window" stage. !
