I'm hoping somebody can help me. I just got the new iTouch and I am trying to install the new operating system. I uninstalled the older version of iTunes and installed the newer version and I still can't access the iTunes store. I have not been able to access the store since 6/2010. I don't have Norton Antivirus on my computer. I ran a diagnostic test and the results are below. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your time.
