Hello,

I am wondering if there exists a free Windows program—for offline use, with a minimalistic interface (I am thinking of the interface of the free dictionary program WordWeb)—in which one can store, say, short or long quotations of one's choosing. Or would one have to create this sort of thing?

Sincerely,
James
