windows explorer keeps crashing on me

i have run test i have run antivirus and malaware scans and windows defender the only thing that came up was advantage on windows defender but nothing else seems to come up this started three days ago for me and i cant seem to fix it wondering if anyone can help me i would prefer not to have to do a system restore considering i dont have another device to back up my important files onto. so if any one can help please

If there is no reply after 3 days you can create new topic in "Waiting room". It'll bump you to the top of the list.

ya i read that just dont get why i am not getting a reply over there since it seems people who have posted after me are getting replies right away it would just be nice to know if a tech has even looked at it or is even working on it sorry my laptop is my baby lol.
