How many of you guys defrag on a regular basis? Do you use the built-in defrag or did you purchase one?

I defrag about once a month using the supplied defrag. I've read reviews of those you have to pay for (eg Norton SpeedDisk and Executive's Diskeeper utility, and they don't do it any better than defrag so are largely a waste of money.
