I am using AOL 9.5. After long term usage I suddenly can not stay connected to the Internet. I keep receiving an error: AC-3002 0X84100113 message. I have Windows XP operating system with a broadband connection. All firewalls are turned off. I have no problem staying connected with Internet Explorer. Anyone have an idea for a fix? Aol support is no help. Thanks
