Ok. now I have a window open at the top it says System Restore with a blue background and noting below in the white box

hey, do one thing

Start in safe mode and open task manager

Select new task and type regedit


This is the key that needs to be deleted...

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\explorer.exe

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options\iexplorer.exe


then close regedit and restart from taskmanager let me know if it works :tazz:
