Hi everyone, a nice day to all of u, hope some kind souls can help me t.t .

After start up, the freezing usually takes a few minutes before it happens on my desktop.

Either it just hangs or a blue screen will appear and my com restarts on its own. The way to solve it is to keep restarting my pc till no hanging occurs.

At first, the freezing just happens occasionally, but recently it gets worse and i had to on n off my com many times to avoid the freeze.

I tried to reformat my computer but somehow i cannot reformat from start up even after i choose to boot from vista Cd rom, it just gets me back on desktop.

So i just re-install vista from desktop and deleted away windows.old but the same problem still persist =(

My Vista is in Drive C: and i choose to retain my drive D: as all my precious videos, songs and pics are in it.

You may have some hardware problem then.
Is your Vista DVD genuine?

Download BlueScreenView (in Zip file)
No installation required.
Unzip downloaded file and double click on BlueScreenView.exe file to run the program.
When scanning is done, go Edit>Select All.
Go File>Save Selected Items, and save the report as BSOD.txt.
Open BSOD.txt in Notepad, copy all content, and paste it into your next reply.

Unfortunately, it would be against this board rules to advice on illegally obtained copyrighted software.
You should obtain legal Windows copy and perform clean installation.
