Hey i was wondering if there is a way to say in the while loop that is the variable = "yes" or "Yes"

i know i could in c++ but im not sure how to in visual logic

i tried "yes" || "Yes"

but it failed =( haha

basically what i want is a re-run module asking the user if they want to run the program again but if its not type in exactly like i have it it doesnt re-run

Can you help???
