lexmark x215 compatibility

I just bought a used (ebay) Lexmark X215 All in One printer, but Lexmark doesn't list a windows 7 driver for it. The Lexmark Universal print driver doesn't list the x215. Is there a work around on this or am I stuck?

It would appear that the printer will not work with W7, see the link below;

But if you place your cursor over the Compatibility Status icon it says there may be a driver made in the future so you may have to wait, I can`t see what you have got to lose by connecting the printer up and see if the hardware wizard picks it up and installs it.
Sorry it is not better news but if you have any luck let us know and I will have another look for a solution.
