Hi,

I've seen most spyware / malware problems and sorted them out before, but this [bleep] of a bug is messin me about.

Here's the details: homepage hijacked to abcsearch.com & homesearcheuro.com and heres the properties of the page C:\WINNT\System32\splvl.dll/blank.html.

I have tried deleting the .dll but cant remove it. I have used reg mechanic / ad aware with new defs and av scan 8 which detects it as a trojen but wont remove it.

Any help or advice on how I delete this or a better anti-spy app much appreciated.

Ta
Rich

One program that might help:
Download and run CWShredder from:
http://www.intermute...r_download.html
Use the Fix button.
