I am trying to get a diagnostic program to work. If I let the user have admin rights the program wioll open and work fine. when I remove the users admin rights and the diagnostic program is opened I receive and error cordbg.exe, jitdebugger not found and the program will not open. any thoughts?

Sounds like the program requires administrative rights in order to run correctly. If you try to run it without administrative rights, the Operating System blocks loading portions of the program that require administrative rights in order to run.
