Ahhh, computer in ruins! Redirect virus and general slowness

So my mom's computer is a general horror at the moment and I'm looking to fix the situation. If you could please help me remedy this that would be lovely. For one, there is the classic google redirect virus, the general slowness is an issue as well. Wish I could just reset everything but no can do, she would flip. So please, pretty please, help!
