And you have tried to uninstall and reinstall the wifi card?

Uninstalling and reinstalling the card did not work, nor did uninstalling and reinstalling the drivers from the disc provided by Dell when I bought my computer.

I think either a repair install or factory reimage is the next step then.

Okay. I'm not exactly sure how to do that. Can you point me in the right direction?

I'm running a Dell Studio XPS 8100.

EDIT: Nevermind, I figured it out and am doing it right now. I'll let you know how it goes.
