I have a IBM LENOVO THINK-CENTRE.
All usb ports show active in hardware however, when you add a device (such as external backup drive) it shows in the hardware but when you go to my computer it does not show up so you can not access it. This is happening with an external backup drive, a palm.
Now it does show in my computer my printer, and a backup stick.
There is no software to be loaded with these products and they are new.
We have downloaded new drivers etc but still to no avail
Someone please help. Thank you
