Removing Antispy safeguard

Hello,

I followed instructions on another thread to remove the antispy safeguard by installing malwarebytes which worked perfectly, thank you for posting that.

But I still notice the fake microsoft message popping up telling me that Trojan:Win32/FakeSpypro is trying to access my computer.

I have pasted the notepad entry that is presented when the malwarebytes disinfection is complete and was wondering if anyone could tell me if there is still something wrong in there. (although it looks pretty self explanatory to me - lots of zeros!)
