Network constantly drops out

Hello. Hopefully someone can help me! My computer at work is connected to a server computer via a wireless connection (sorry, I'm not very computer savvy!). Every 10-15 minutes, my computer loses connection with the sever and I cannot access any of our files etc. To re-connect, I have been going into network and then going into network and sharing centre. When I'm there, I disconnect from the network (it shows on the computer as being connected for some strange reason?) and then re-connect. I do this maybe, 10 times in my 7.5 hour work day and it is really starting to annoy me. If anyone can please help me, that will be fabulous! Thanks so much :-)
