all the programs i listed can be used at the same time. spywareguard and spyware blaster are spyware tools and can operate together - they wont conflict. Avast and comodo will be your protection programs that are always on. the rest i listed are "on-demand", i.e. they come on when you request and so will not sit in the background taking up resources the rest of the time.

I also purchased PcTools Internet Security for 3 computers. Would it be any better than avast, or should I stay with Avast? On other computers that I have should I use Avast instead of PcTools?

personally i would stick with Avast, its not as heavy on your system - though i dont know PCTools that well. but whichever one you chose, remember to keep it updated.

Do you want to see the final combofix or otl logs?

i dont think there would be any from my final post? if you are referring to the prior posts where we were trying to get combofix etc running then i dont need to see them.
