Fatal Error Unable to get pass blue screen

Hello...First-time poster. So be nice.

Two days ago when I was logging off I get the Error Message:
Stop: c000021a Fatal System ErrorTRhe windows Logon Process terminated unexpectedly with status of 0x0000005 (0x0000000 0x00000000. The system has been shut down.

Tried to start in safe mode but screen goes back to blue screen and error message when Windows screen appears.
Unable to get to c:/ prompt.

Stuck on what else I can do. Anyone?
