Please can you tell me how to eliminate or delete the list of previously saved documents (file name) and how to stop the creation of this list, when saving a word document.

Thanks. Not really finding the solution here though - still using Microsoft Word 2003.

No - have tried this and this neither clears previous file history or current name when saving.

When you're setting it up, make sure "Office 2003" is selected under the Applications tab.
