Couldn't find where to post this and so I hope I didn't do anything wrong by posting it here.

I've been using AOL 9.5 for quite a while on my WinXP desktop. Recently I tried to access Settings at the top of the screen and was unable to do so.
Keep getting:
The service you are trying to reach is temporarily unavailable - please try your request again..

I did a Quick Restore, but still cannot get into the Settings.

Any suggestions?
