When i attempt to turn on my Netbook which does not have an optical drive, it says "Windows cannot Start because the following file is corrupt or damaged: \Windows\System32\Config\System" I already know that this is a problem with the registry but my issue is there was not boot disk or startup disk when i bought the netbook, also there is no optical drive to even use a disk, is there a way to create a boot disk from another computer and use it on either a usb drive or a portable cd drive

You MAY not recover from this.
Have you used a registry cleaner or some similar programme such as boost your PC speed.
A CLASSIC CAUSE OF A CORRUPTED REGISTRY.
Make and model of netbbok please.
