MSI G31M3 V2 not booting

i have a MSI G31M3 V2 motherboard not booting and no beeps.tried many ways (including clearing) bios to boot up to post screen.
so system was taken apart just to ram sticks but still no beeps but fans runs .
when remove the ram sticks continuous beeps goes on.

system details
m/b - MSI G31M3 V2 v1.1
processor - intel duel core e5400
ram -2x kingston 2gb 800
vga- nvidia 9600gt

Hi shaboi

sorry to hear you are having this issue.
As the system beeps when the Ram is removed it would appear
that the Ram is ok, have you tried removing the gfx card and blowing
out the slot and then re-seating the card securely?
If you have try another graphics card, also can you post your psu
details, brand name and model please.
