I am trying to access http://channelsurfing.net/ using firefox and I get this message;

The connection has timed out
The server at channelsurfing.net is taking too long to respond.
* The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few
moments.

* If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network
connection.

* If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure
that Firefox is permitted to access the web

I have also tried IE and get a similar message. I have cleared my cache and cookies and still nothing. I go to my PC and get on every time. This started about 2 weeks ago. Before that I could access it on my laptop all the time but now nothing. I can access every other site but that one. Any ideas on how to fix this? Please be specific - I am not good at this - Thanks!

Are you running something that is setup to block potentially unsafe sites?

When I attempt to access channelsurfing.net I get this warning:
