My company has forced us to accept a 15 minute password-protected screen lock which is VERY annoying. This option cannot be changed as it is grayed out. How can I get around this? Thanks.

I'm sorry, we cannot help you circumvent your companies security procedures. Not only because those are there for a reason, but you could get into trouble with your company.

Handle this the proper way and discuss with your superiors the problem and get the time length increased.
