Using Windows XP professional Help and Support Center shows no results from the web
The Help and Support Center does not connect
H & S does not get results from Microsoft
The bottom lower header in left pane of "Search Results" shows "0"

If I do the same search "Create ASR Floppy" as you I get the same results as you "0" in all fields.

Just type "ASR" in your search and you will get what your looking for.

Sometimes it is how you ask that makes a difference and i have notice that the less words you put in the search the more results you will get.

Hello Alzeimer,
I have typed in Microsoft and got "0" replies from Microsoft.
Try that and tell me if you receive "0"
I have included a screen-shot

I do not know what firewall you are using (Own XP ot third party firewall) but maybe your firewall is blocking H&S to access Microsoft Knowledge Base.

Something is blocking it from accessing the knowledge base, if it is not your firewall then it is another program.

The question is could it be some type of "permissions"?
