We don't have to reboot our server much, but when we do I have noticed it is now taking about 15 minutes to fully reboot. Once logged in it looks like everything is normal for about 5 seconds then it becomes completely frozen. It takes about 15 minutes and then a popup shows that says "At least one service or driver failed during system startup. Use Event Viewer to examine the event log for details."

Once this is done everything works great until the next reboot. Any suggestions?

This is the only error I could think it would be at that time:

I also recieved this error, but I believe it was because our internet was down:
Time Provider NtpClient: An error occurred during DNS lookup of the manually configured peer 'time.windows.com,0x1'. NtpClient will try the DNS lookup again in 15 minutes. The error was: A socket operation was attempted to an unreachable host. (0x80072751)

"mcshield.exe" is the McAfee On-Access Antivirus Scanner from Network Associates, Inc. It monitors your computer's processes, files and registry to attempt to detect and prevent virus infection.

If you recently updated McAfee to its latest version then you are not the only one with this problem, many users have notice the same issues at startup as you.

It is supposedly (new version) a very big hog on system resources and takes longer then previous version (McShield.exe took longer than 240000 ms to complete a request).

It is a McAfee issue and this is where you should find your solution.
