I sure hope you can help me. Yesterday I opened my small html writier and it would NOT let me change fonts or colors.

Then, I went to my other html writer and it wouldn't even load!

It says "js3250.dll is not found".

I've repeatedly uninstalled one html writer, rebooted and downloaded twice and each time now it won't even open because that .dll is missing.

I'm taking it that it is a .dll I'm supposed to already have on my computer.

I'm a completely computer dummy - so you probably know more about this than me.

If you can help, it would be awesome! Thanks, Alias775 :D

js3250.dll is not a standard Windows file. It appear to belong to Firefox, the web browser and some other Mozilla products such as Thunderbird.

Do you have Firefox and/or Thunderbird on the computer?

Thanks so much Neil! Yes, I tried out both Mozilla Firefox and Chrome browser.

Didn't like them any better than IE, so I uninstalled them.

I'll re-install Firefox immediatley and see if that helps!
