I cleaned my computer after getting that blue screen and everything was working fine. I saw three different types of files in my cookies, two of which was casalemedia and yieldmanager. I looked online to get some ideas how to remove these files as they rememined after cleaning it over and over again. I saw smitfraud and something else, as soon as I ran that smitfraud program, everything on my computer began to malfunction. My time turned to the 24 hour time, my homescreen disappeared, and I couldn't open up any programs on my computer. It seems that all of the info on my computer was lost. I don't have any special knowledge about computers beside the average operating knowledge. Everytime I look for help, the information is above my head. I could operate most things on safe mode, but my setting for restore mode was turned off and I no longer could restore my computer. The smitfraud program erased all of my saved points under the restore option. Does anyone have any explanations or good advice? I would appreciate it.
