I recently got a virus on my computer. One of the symptoms is a value in the registry key HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\explorer\idstrf. This seems quite common as a google search on this produces many results. I would really like to know what this key does. I've searched high and low and can find absolutely no documentation on idstrf. Anyone know what idstrf is about and what it stands for?

I'm using Windows/XP SP3.
