HP Laser Jet 1100 Printing Problem

I have a HP Laser Jet 1100. The first sheet feeds through ok but if I print more than 1 page the second sheet jams half way through. I have cleaned the pickup roller, which looks ok and tried changing the print cartridge which was just put in new, but that hasn't fixed it. I tried a google search, but could not come up with a solution. Can someone please help.
