Hi, I’m using Vista home premium. When booting my PC it has suddenly, for no reason, started displaying a screen which say’s “ M2NPV-VM”. I’ve searched online and discovered that this is the motherboard.
Does the fact that this screen has appeared have any significance,
is it due to something that I have done,
how can I, or should I even, stop it from appearing

Thanks

Hi Jell
Welcome to G2G
I assume this is popping up as soon as you turn on the computer.
It is just a splash screen - nothing to worry about.
Have you been playing inside the Bios ?
You can normally turn it off. I would not bother if I was you as playing in the Bios is not for people who are basic computer users
Cheers
