Have a BenQ joybook which will only load the wallpaper, no icons or taskbar etc. Have decided through process of elimination, that it is the explorer.exe missing. Cannot boot into safe mode either. Task Manager is accessible however. Have no cd drive on this notebook, so unsure of how to go about reinstalling the software. Any help would be appreciated.
