really hoping some out there can end my misery!
I have just got a new computer with Windows 7, and Norton AntiVirus 360.
When trying to log into Itunes store to transfer purchases, and authorise this computer and everything else actually, I keep being told I am not connected.
I have browsed the forums and have tried to allow Itunes in Norton, and ran the diagnostic in Itunes - this tells me I am connected but don't have a secure log in to the store, then when I go into the help section Itunes says I am not connected.
Now I am wondering whether this has anything to do with Windows 7?
Any suggestioins very much appreciated
