nVidia FX 5200 Help

Hi. I've recently noticed a problem when playing games on my computer. After about 30-50 seconds of gameplay, it stops every 2 seconds and freezes for like 1 second. I've downloaded new drivers, reverted back to old ones.

I'm not sure what's wrong. It's happening on Wolfenstein ET and I also tried it on Age of Empires II and the same problem occured. Can anyone tell me what's wrong?
