BSOD error 0x0000101 and sometimes 0x0000061 from normal usage

I receive BSOD 0x00000101 and 0x00000061, 90% it's 101 from just normaly using the computer.

Full error code: 0x00000101 (0x00000061, 0x00000000, 0x80DCC120, 0x00000001)

Everything is stock on this laptop except i upgraded RAM to 3G and upgraded (not clean install) from xp to 7. I have re-installed the latest drivers from the toshiba website. Thanks in advance!
