;) I have been perusing other hard error codes and have not seen this exact one. My system is a Dell Dimension 8400. After manual shut down and restart I get only the Dell flash screen then a flashing cursor upper left screen. Can't get to Safe Mode on restart... just that cursed cursor.

PS: I see I misread my code; it is c000b6d. I had read the 6 as a G.

More than likely you MBR is corrupted. Heres is microsofts answer which is pretty detailed.
