Ok, I ran the scan. I think your instructions above may be for a bit older version of the VRT?? Because it didn't give me any way to save the reports, and it didn't uninstall itself either. I can still view the report, but I can't copy and paste anything either. How can I can get the report info to you?

It did find and fix a few things, but believe it or not, no, it's still having the same problem!!

If you have your Windows Installation disk try an automatic repair. Also it might be worth trying a System Restore to a time before the problem began.

Go to Vista Automatic Repair for information on how to repair/restore your computer.
