1. help please

I no longer have external drive K. Yet when I do windows search, sensitive external drive K paths come up in windows search. How do I delete those paths from hard drive C memory when I no longer have drive K?

Ex: 1) I type in windows search "old documents"
2) windows search lists " K:\Old Documents\List of Clients\Client "X" Account Number

How do I get rid of "K:\Old Documents\List of Clients\Client "X" Account Number from C drive search result when I no longer have external drive K.

(I can't connect ext. drive K and simply go to K drive and delete files. I need to delete that path from C drive's memory).

Thanks :D
