Having a paper jamming problem.

Paper is stopping before in enters drum (picture)from feeder and red "Paper" led shows solid. Paper will pass through if manually fed..

Here are the steps I have taken so far...

1) Replaced drum. Old drum was at the end of it's lifespan anyway as the "Drum" led was flashing previous to jamming. After resetting the indicator, light is no longer flashing with new drum.

2) Cleaned the Separation Roller, Pickup Roller, Registration Roller and Separation pad following instructions on Brother's support site. Cleaned with damp paper towel. I'm not really sure what each does besides the obvious, but it would seem that some roller is not pushing the paper through once it reaches this point.

Any ideas/suggestions?
