Keep trying to print Smart Source coupons, keep getting spinning S; message says:

It appears that Java is currently disabled on your computer. Please enable Java and try printing again.

I have followed instructions, JAVA or Sun Microsystems is not listed. JAVA is installed and shows on Control Panel; tried uninstalling and reinstalling.
Been working on this problem for nearly a year off and on. I want to print the coupons! Can someone help?
In poking around every area I see that lists Java says it's enabled except on that Internet Options screen. Thanx
