I did a clean install of Windows 7 recently and now I have a few folders worth of inaccessible files. Apparently I completely screwed up and didn't realize that I hadn't saved copies of some of my PFX certificates.

HOWEVER - I saved the Windows.old/ProgramData/Microsoft/Crypto folder. Nothing in this folder has been modified. Is there any way in which I can apply these keys in order to recover the encrypted data?
